What we collect on this site
If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us. That's it: no name, no company, no tracking pixel tied to that submission.
What our tracking script collects on a customer's site
Billionly's tracking script (the one line of code customers add to their own site) is cookieless. It computes a hash from the visit date, the site ID, and a few coarse browser signals (user agent, language, screen size). That hash changes every day and isn't linked to any cookie, account, or personal identifier. We also read the page URL, the referrer, and any UTM parameters already in the URL. No names, emails, or IP addresses are stored against a visitor. The script only reads what's in the address bar and the browser's referrer header — it doesn't read page content, forms, or other cookies on the site.
Payment data
When a customer connects their Stripe account, Stripe's own OAuth flow grants us a broader access token than we need — that's how Stripe Connect works for this type of account, not a choice we made. We discard that token immediately after connecting and never call the Stripe API on a customer's behalf with it. All we ever receive afterward is Stripe's webhook events, and our code only reads four fields from them: the amount, the currency, the payment ID, and a visitor hash tag — never the buyer's name, email, or address, even though Stripe's event payload includes them. Card numbers and other payment details never reach us; that stays with Stripe entirely.
Brand monitoring and third-party AI services
The Monitoring feature works by asking AI assistants questions about a customer's brand. To do that, we send the brand name, domain, competitor names, and the prompts themselves — all of it typed in by the customer — to OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google (Gemini), whose own privacy terms then apply to that request. We don't send anything about a customer's website visitors to these providers, only the brand information the customer explicitly entered for this purpose.
Crawler tracking
The optional crawler snippet reports only the User-Agent of a recognized AI crawler (like GPTBot) and the page path it requested — nothing about human visitors, and nothing beyond that one line.
Who has access
Each customer's data is only visible to their own account (enforced at the database level, not just in the app). Waitlist emails are visible only to the Billionly founder. We don't sell this data to anyone.
Your rights
Want off the waitlist, want your account data deleted, or want to disconnect Stripe? Disconnecting Stripe is always available from your own Stripe dashboard, not just ours. For anything else, just ask — see contact below.

Billionly is a single-founder product, currently pre-launch. Reach the founder through the channels listed on billionly.net.
This is an early, plain-language policy for a pre-launch product, written to match exactly what the product does today. It will keep being updated as Billionly adds billing and new integrations — nothing here is boilerplate copied from elsewhere.
